Job description

  • Coverage dates: Sept 28-Oct 6; Oct 23-29; Nov 9-12; Dec 23-27 & 30-31; Jan 1-3
  • Sporadic, as-needed shifts; dates may vary
  • Trauma 1 Center
  • Procedures: open and endovascular (both required)
  • Average census: 5-10 patients/day; 6 outpatient elective procedures
  • Support: 1 APP + nursing in clinic; 2 APPs assist with rounding
  • Certifications: IL license
  • Comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
  • Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Rush file; temps will be requested
  • Clean Background
