Nov 1 (7a) - Nov 16 (7a)
Nov 23 (7a) - Dec 1 (7a)
Dec 1 (7a) - Dec 14 (7a)
Dec 21 (7a) - Jan 1 (7a)
Additional dates to be released as schedules are made
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days standard; emergency privileges available in 1-2 weeks with a clean file
Shift Details
24 hour call coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
All shifts end the following morning at 7:00 AM
Weekend coverage required
Requirements
Board Certified Hand Surgery
Fellowship in Hand Surgery
Active Colorado license or active IMLC
Active DEA - highly preferred (must have DEA that can transfer for early October dates)
Clean malpractice and background history
Local/drive in candidate - highly preferred
Required Procedures / Skills
Cover emergency department and transfer center calls related to hand injuries

Trauma Level I facility
Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call
Patient population: Adult, Geriatric
Admissions: 5
Facility does not perform reimplantation procedures
EMR: Epic
