Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues
- Prepare and present project documentation, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, applying corrective actions as needed
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to align expectations and resolve conflicts
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality
- Mentor and support project team members and their development
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction
- Preferred 10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
