Responsibilities- Fiduciary Administration: oversee assigned fiduciary and investment relationships in line with governing documents, laws, standards, bank policies, and regulations
- Client and Beneficiary Experience: foster strong relationships and deliver proactive, accurate client service
- Complex Matter Escalation and Resolution: resolve complex administrative issues and discretionary matters with proper documentation
- Risk Management and Compliance: identify and manage fiduciary, operational, regulatory, financial, and reputational risks with complete records
- Relationship Retention and Growth: promote retention and asset growth through understanding client needs and cross-sell across Wealth Management
- Team-Based Delivery and Partner Coordination: collaborate with Portfolio Managers, trust teams, tax/legal professionals, operations, advisors, and banking partners
- Performance Management Information and Data Quality: maintain accurate documentation and timely system updates
- Market Presence and Enterprise Representation: maintain active presence and advocate for Wealth Trust Services across teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Eight+ years in trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth management, estate administration, or related field
- Knowledge of fiduciary administration, governing-document interpretation, trust products, fiduciary risk, and banking regulations
- Ability to foster a high-performing, client-focused culture
- Judgment in resolving complex client, beneficiary, or risk matters with coordinated decisions and clear documentation
