Overview In this Project Manager role, you will lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to plan, schedule, and control project performance. You drive coordination, risk management, and quality standards across multiple projects, delivering strong client relationships and measurable results. This position offers visibility into high-impact, complex builds and the opportunity to shape delivery practices in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities- Manage multiple construction projects through full lifecycle
- Prepare estimates and proposals and oversee planning and execution
- Maintain schedules, budgets, and financial performance
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and field personnel
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing risk
- Ensure quality standards and achieve milestones
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent construction experience considered
- 4+ years of project management experience in construction or equivalent field/leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus but not required
