Overview In this role you will consult on and develop network designs for wireless, wireline, and broadband infrastructure to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. You will lead design projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with standards while migrating networks. You will deploy and configure solutions, optimize performance, and document processes. This senior role is autonomous with regular engagement with senior leadership, focused on design excellence at AT&T in Richardson.

Responsibilities- Network design and architecture: create detailed, scalable designs and migration specs
- Implementation and configuration: deploy solutions and provisioning standards, support initial rollout
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting: monitor, assess, and improve networks
- Documentation and compliance: maintain records and write engineering docs
- Collaboration and project management: coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, manage projects from conception to completion
- Job contribution: apply advanced engineering concepts and lead moderate-sized projects
