Overview In this grant-funded role, you will coordinate the Addiction Medicine program, ensuring smooth administration and measurable outcomes. You will work with internal teams and external partners to advance the program's objectives and visibility. You'll manage data, reporting, and workflow processes while supporting education and stakeholder engagement. This role offers a multi-year grant horizon and opportunities to influence community health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and coordinate all aspects of a grant-funded or organizational program
- Provide program leadership and subject-matter expertise
- Facilitate program-related meetings, conferences, and trainings
- Communicate program information to internal and external audiences (presentations, marketing materials)
- Design and implement staff education programs as appropriate
- Coordinate supplies, equipment, and educational materials
- Track data and prepare stakeholder-facing reports
- Manage program budget and financial accounts when applicable
- Train and supervise volunteers supporting the program
- Pursue ongoing efforts to sustain program success and define performance metrics
- Handle other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, human services or social services
- 1-2 years of experience building relationships with members of the African American community, community-based organizations, and community-based programs
- Or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with grant-funded projects is preferred
