Overview In this role, you lead governance and administration of MoneyPass network rules to ensure surcharge-free cash access across 70,000+ ATMs. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and publish operating rules, and oversee compliance, enforcement, and dispute processes. You will drive operational excellence through process improvements, AI-driven insights, and scalable governance. This is a high-impact, board-facing role that shapes how the MoneyPass network stays secure, compliant, and efficient.
Responsibilities- Administer and govern network operating rules for MPG-owned networks
- Support rule management, compliance, and governance objectives
- Collaborate with pricing, analytics, product, strategy, legal, and leadership to update and release rules
- Communicate rule updates across internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee MoneyPass Locator and enforce guidelines and penalties for infractions
- Oversee Dispute and Arbitration rulings to ensure rule enforcement
- Translate complex rules into clear, audience-appropriate content
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and align priorities
- Champion AI adoption to drive efficiency and client experience
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve accuracy, consistency, and scale
- Provide routine updates to operating rules in response to regulatory and business changes
- Collaborate to interpret and deliver rule updates concisely to members and participants
- Stay current on payments industry trends, terminology, and regulatory considerations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication, tailored to diverse audiences
- Proven experience writing, editing, and distributing critical business information
- High attention to detail and consistency in governance documentation
- Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
