Overview In this role you help clients move their enterprise IT and ERP programs forward, delivering tangible business value through technology. You will work in BCG Platinion within the Tech and Digital Advantage practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation roadmaps, architecture, and change initiatives. You tackle complex problems, guide large projects, and leverage modern AI tools to validate solutions. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a globally traveling role.

Responsibilities- Lead large-scale ERP and similar project initiatives with program governance and quality assurance
- Develop nuanced transformation roadmaps, cost estimates, and resource plans across internal and external teams
- Define deployment strategies (global/local) and oversee governance across programs
- Articulate value cases for major tech investments and optimize value realization in ERP solutions
- Evaluate IT/ERP landscapes and translate business needs into target state requirements for packaged software
- Propose vendor modules/configurations (ERP/CRM/HCM/EAM etc.) tailored to client industry
- Design infrastructure approaches (SOA, cloud/on-prem/hybrid) for ERP and related solutions
- Drive organizational change in ERP and related constructs and support tech during mergers/acquisitions
- Develop and mentor teams through technical discussions and project delivery
- Demonstrate Gen AI fluency to validate AI-assisted outcomes and support decision-making
Key requirements- Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, information technology, business management, or relevant field
- 4+ years in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management
- Experience in business process design and configuration
- Led modules/workstreams in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations (waterfall or agile)
- Proven team leadership in at least one project phase (Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
- Experience managing decisions in large organizations
