Overview

In this Engineering Technical Program Manager role, you will lead multi-functional programs that drive the engineering development and implementation of HP E products and services. You'll partner with management, engineering and production teams to plan schedules, budgets and resources, ensuring on-time delivery within scope. You will apply Agile practices to coordinate across functions, manage risks, and align with roadmaps. This is a hybrid position that blends hands-on program leadership with cross-team collaboration to advance edge-to-cloud solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-function program and guide engineering development and implementation for a product or service
  • Develop and manage schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, adjust plans based on analysis to meet requirements and timelines
  • Communicate program status, escalations, and analyses to stakeholders and drive improvements to product, process, or practices
  • Advance new technologies and quality initiatives within manufacturing/engineering, and foster agile execution across teams
  • Provide mentorship to less-experienced staff
Key requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in relevant field (business, engineering, computer science)
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • SDLC knowledge and implementation experience
  • 3+ years managing complex technical programs using Agile/Scrum
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
  • Knowledge of HPC environments a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to practical applications
  • Experience with agile delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.)
