Overview As a Senior Engineering Manager for Google Cloud AI/ML, you lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud. You guide complex workstreams from concept to deployment and align technical direction with client outcomes. You shape solution architecture and drive AI capabilities across data and analytics engineering while advancing GCP Native Development & Testing initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into practical, measurable results and contribute to significant AI-enabled transformations.

Responsibilities- Lead AI/ML engineering workstreams from ideation to deployment
- Guide design of generative AI solutions including prompt engineering and LLM APIs
- Drive architecture decisions for Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector DBs
- Manage client conversations to align technical direction with delivery priorities
- Direct experimentation, model evaluation, and guardrail design for reliable AI behavior
- Shape LLMOps practices for versioning, monitoring, and release coordination
- Apply Python and data science methods to prototype AI-driven products
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-facing recommendations
