Overview In this role you will lead IT build and delivery for new healthcare construction projects, coordinating infrastructure and application work with construction teams and vendors. You will define scope and schedule, monitor risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment to achieve project goals. You'll participate in design sessions and on-site go-live activities, bridging IT and construction to deliver solutions on time. The position blends Waterfall delivery with growing Agile practices in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities- Lead, plan, and execute IT infrastructure and application delivery for new construction projects
- Coordinate project teams and stakeholders; define scope and schedule
- Manage changes, monitor status, and track risks/issues
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Support on-site go-live activities and construction design sessions
- Participate in on-site reviews and coordination with construction PMs, general contractors, and vendors
- Work in a hybrid environment with on-site requirements and contractor coordination
Key requirements- 3 years of direct project manager experience
- 1 year of direct experience supporting construction projects
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP preferred but not required
- Experience in IS with some construction exposure, preferably healthcare
- Willingness to work in hybrid on-site setting (Tues/Wed) and travel as needed
