Overview In this role you provide client relationship management and strategic advisory for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and related services to corporate clients and financial sponsors. You work with cross-functional CIB teams to execute buy- and sell-side transactions and to position the bank's treasury, payment, private wealth, and other services. You contribute to deal execution from due diligence and financial modeling to client presentations, while aiming to generate meaningful M&A and capital-raising activity in your sector coverage. Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior CIB professionals to execute transactions
- Perform due diligence, financial modeling, analysis, research, and presentation development
- Contribute to merger and acquisition and capital raising teams, including credit underwriting support and information memoranda drafting
Key requirements- BA/BS degree
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
