You partner across product, architecture, SRE, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive outcomes while steering platform modernization and responsible GenAI adoption. Responsibilities- Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for platform delivery and production ownership
- Translate business priorities into clear engineering objectives and guide delivery execution
- Improve platform reliability and operational excellence across teams
- Partner with product, architecture, SRE, QA, PM, and stakeholders to align outcomes
- Drive platform modernization and responsible GenAI adoption
- Develop and mentor engineers, managers, and technical leads
- Balance strategic direction with hands-on technical decision-making
- Monitor SDLC practices and ensure readiness for deployment and operation
Key requirements- Engineering Management experience leading multiple software teams for platform delivery and maintenance
