Overview In this role you drive Specialty Benefits growth by leading FP sales strategies, collaborating with markets and leaders, and shaping product messaging to differentiate our FP solutions. You will act as a field-facing SME, gather market insights, and support end-to-end sales activities from initial engagement to rollout. Responsibilities- Execute FP growth-aligned sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with functional partners, local markets and health plan leadership to drive growth and positive customer experience
- Contribute insights and alignment to the FP Growth team through transparent collaboration
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with sales and account management leadership
- Develop competitive differentiation strategies with FP leadership and partners
- Coach FP sales and account management on product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and broker/market development
- Represent the voice of the field to the FP product team and senior leadership on market trends and product options
- Support implementation and rollout of new FP product solutions
- Provide direct case-level support for complex FP sales (RFPs, client/broker visits, negotiations)
- Forge relationships with consulting/broker partners to establish FP sales pipeline
- Serve as FP SME for client meetings and training, presenting solutions
- Promote Bridge2Health and other differentiators to advance FP market leadership
- Act as FP ambassador to communicate consistent messaging across the enterprise
- Leverage external industry events for business decisions, innovation, and competitive posture
Key requirements- 5+ years in specialty benefits or employee benefits sales, underwriting, product development or marketing in a large ancillary insurer
- Cross-functional experience with multiple departments (sales, marketing, underwriting, actuarial, finance, operations, legal, IT, HC)
- Proven experience delivering product and sales training
