Tax Manager

In this role you will lead the tax team at a boutique CPA firm in North Dallas, serving as the bridge between partners and senior staff. You'll manage client relations, provide tax planning, represent clients before the IRS, and act as a primary reviewer of complex returns. You'll mentor multiple levels of staff and juggle engagements for a diverse client base. The firm emphasizes growth, work-life balance, and a strong trust & estate practice. • Prepare & review complex tax returns
• Direct client contact for tax planning and consulting
• Research complex tax issues
• Train and mentor a multi-level team

• 6+ years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
• 3+ years of manager experience (ideally)
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent preferred
• MS in Taxation preferred
• Experience with HNWI, Partnerships, S-Corps, Trust & Estate; client base $1M-$70M
