Responsibilities- Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability
- Suggest solution architectures, contribute to tech framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition
- Identify market technologies and perform comparative analyses to propose optimal architectural options
- Develop integration strategies based on proof-of-concept validations of proposed solutions
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and uphold quality standards, contributing to build and deployment automation
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases
- Analyze system performance against implemented architectures and identify risks in the landscape
- Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions to enrich the team's repository
Key requirements- Full Stack Engineer (Application Modernization & Cloud) experience
- Developing backend services with Java/J2EE (e.g., Spring, REST APIs)
- Frontend components with TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular or React
- Deployment/migration to cloud platforms (AWS) and container environments (OpenShift)
- Relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and data-related development tasks
- SDLC practices including coding, unit testing, and release activities
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Sonnet via CodeAssist)
- Proactive communication with internal teams and clients
- Ability to work across functions and align with business objectives
