Overview As Technology Product Owner, you bridge business strategy and technical delivery to advance Treasury & Payments and Customer Identity and Access Management platforms. You lead agile teams, shaping vision, backlog, and priorities to drive customer experience and enterprise goals. You'll work with product management, technology, and stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable requirements and successful releases. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven path in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned to program roadmaps
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities; communicate with stakeholders
- Create, own, and refine team backlog with customer collaboration
- Prepare detailed product specifications for development teams
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retros) as the customer proxy
- Assess feasibility, prioritize enabler work, and accept stories against criteria and intent
- Mitigate blockers to maintain velocity and successful releases
- Engage with business, technology, and product management to translate visions into defined requirements
- Lead analysis and design of business systems; develop UAT plans based on end-user needs
- Mentor teams on agile practices and ensure adherence to EPMO standards
Key requirements- 8+ years in strategic product creation and value delivery
- Proven Product Owner experience in a large enterprise with cross-functional solutions
- Advanced mastery of Agile, Scrum, and large-scale ceremonies (PI Planning, etc.)
- Excellent facilitation, decision-making, and communication skills
- Product Owner certification preferred; CBAP a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 4+ years building products with cross-functional teams
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence or similar tools
