Overview As a Consultant in Healthcare Supply Chain & Data Analytics, you drive data-driven improvements across healthcare procurement and operations within Deloitte's Supply Chain & Network Operations team. You'll support requirements, perform spend and performance analyses, and conduct market research to shape sourcing strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders, you enable governance and data quality to support transformation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to impact healthcare supply chains at scale while working with cross-functional teams to deliver heart-of-the-business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Support requirements development to improve Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor coverage and sourcing outcomes
- Perform spend, supplier, inventory, and procurement performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct supplier and market research, and data validation to back acquisition-ready packages and sourcing strategies
- Assist with process improvement and governance to strengthen data quality and decision-making in supply chain
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support healthcare supply chain transformation initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of healthcare supply chain, sourcing, procurement, contracting, category management, or medical/surgical purchasing
- 2+ years of data analysis, BI, or reporting using Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, or VBA
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust
- Ability to travel 10% and be onsite 2 days/week at Deloitte office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
