Responsibilities- Represent clients in civil litigation, focusing on insurance fraud matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and comprehensive legal documents
- Participate in depositions, including conducting and defending them
- Manage discovery and respond to discovery requests
- Collaborate with team to develop and execute litigation strategies
- Handle pre-trial and trial tasks, including evidence preparation and court presentations
- Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel for settlements when appropriate
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations affecting insurance fraud cases
- Foster strong client relationships through regular updates on case progress
Key requirements- active California bar license
- must reside in California, Texas, or Washington
