Overview In this role you will manage the government contract lifecycle to ensure compliance, sound negotiation, and effective administration. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to keep contracts up to date and compliant, while identifying risks and driving process improvements. You will support performance monitoring, reporting, and budget oversight, shaping contracting strategies within a government-facing team. Responsibilities- Draft, negotiate, and execute government contracts
- Ensure adherence to government regulations, policies, and procedures
- Monitor contract performance for compliance and address issues
- Evaluate proposals and provide recommendations
- Conduct negotiations and manage contract modifications
- Maintain accurate contract records and prepare reports
- Identify and mitigate contract-related risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, government officials, and contractors
- Monitor contract budgets and expenditures

- Experience with process improvement and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 0+ years, or Associate's with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Secret clearance
- Experience in government contract administration or procurement
- Comprehensive understanding of FAR
