Overview In this role you lead on-site operations for commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects with a focus on tilt-up and concrete construction. You work closely with general contractors and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget, while upholding safety and quality standards. You'll coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and drive efficient field execution in office, mid-rise, and high-rise contexts. This is a hands-on leadership role in a values-driven, collaborative environment that rewards practical problem-solving and measurable results.

Responsibilities- Supervise on-site activities for tilt-wall, tilt-up, and concrete scopes across multiple project types
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment to meet milestones
- Oversee concrete placements, formwork, rebar, curing, and quality control for structural elements
- Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and incident reporting
- Review drawings and specs, identify conflicts, and coordinate resolution with project team
- Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, track RFIs/submittals, and provide status updates
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning and implement corrective actions for non-conforming work
- Control site costs by monitoring labor, materials, and change orders; support cost-saving and recovery plans
- Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify scope and sequencing
- Mentor field staff, enforce quality, and implement best practices for execution
Key requirements- 10+ years of superintendent or lead foreman experience on ground-up construction in South Florida (commercial, industrial, office, multi-family)
- Proven tilt-up/tilt-wall experience including panel erection, bracing, joint detailing, and integration with structural concrete
- Strong concrete construction background (formwork, reinforcement, placement, finishing, curing, testing)
- Experience coordinating multiple trades on fast-paced sites with South Florida general contractors
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project, P6) and document control software
- OSHA 30 certification; First Aid/CPR and safety credentials preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications; valid driver's license; willingness to travel
