Sr. Financial Manager (Otolaryngology)

In this role you will oversee the financial stewardship of a multi-center academic department. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support clinical, research, and gift-driven activities exceeding $30M in revenue. You'll partner with faculty and administrative offices to align financial strategy with the department's mission and growth. You will shape financial models and reports that inform strategic decisions and program viability. This is a leadership role in a complex environment that values collaboration and rigorous oversight.

• Manage diverse funds and budgets exceeding $30M in total revenues
• Oversee budgeting for assigned areas and monitor budget patterns, expenditures, and revenue
• Manage and improve department financial systems and processes
• Develop complex financial reports for forecasting, trends, and results analysis
• Lead strategic financial planning with senior management
• Prepare business plans for new and existing programs, including market and capital needs
• Collaborate with internal and external offices to ensure compliance with policies
• Provide supervision to finance staff and oversee personnel as assigned
• Meet with faculty and leadership to discuss financial performance and budget development
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Five years of progressively responsible financial management experience
• Experience with complex budgets
• Additional education or experience may substitute per equivalency rules
