Overview As an Oracle Cloud ERP lead, you will own and optimize a brand-new Oracle Fusion environment within a hybrid Dallas setting. You'll bridge IT and Finance, guiding post-go-live enhancements, data integrity, and integrations while coaching a team and partnering with MSPs. Your technical leadership will shape the platform roadmap and drive continuous improvements in financial systems. Responsibilities- Lead Oracle Fusion support, enhancement, and optimization across ERP and financial modules
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, vendors, and MSPs to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Drive post-Go-Live enhancements, validate deployments, and maintain data integrity
- Oversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS forms development and API integrations
- Manage access control, security, environments, and performance across SaaS/PaaS
- Establish incident management, governance, and SLA adherence with MSPs
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and performance
- Lead training, change management, and cross-functional adoption across finance functions
Key requirements- 10+ years IT leadership experience
- 5+ years leading Oracle ERP (Fusion and/or EBS) implementations and support
- Proven ERP transformation experience from implementation to stabilization
- Experience with Master Data Management programs and governance
- Experience implementing Oracle Analytics solutions
- Experience managing managed service providers and SLA performance
- Financial systems integration expertise
