• Advise on developing and defining operational strategies for clients worldwide
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement recommendations

• 6+ years of relevant, progressive experience, preferably with large multinational companies
• Undergraduate degree; master's in engineering, business, operations or related fields preferred
• Experience in high-performance mega capital projects with leadership in performance improvement and change management
• Field experience in oil & gas, mining, energy, or chemicals
• Strong time management, organizational, and output-focused writing/presentations
• Ability to work across time zones, including outside standard hours, with travel up to 80%
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages
