Overview In this role you drive strategic people initiatives within the HR4HR Advisory team for a leading financial institution. You partner with senior leaders to shape a people agenda, manage talent and performance processes, and support organizational change activities. You will engage across a matrixed organization, offering guidance on compensation, development, and employee relations to deliver business impact. Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to set and implement a people agenda for aligned lines of business
- Maintain talent and performance cycles, including succession planning and promotion guidance
- Support year-end compensation processes and salary/incentive planning with finance/management
- Lead employee listening initiatives and action planning based on surveys
- Provide individualized development and coaching to managers and emerging leaders
- Advise leadership on organizational structuring and reorganization to embed changes into BAU
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to execute strategic HR priorities
- Navigate and influence across a highly matrixed organization to drive people initiatives
Key requirements- Proven ability to interact with business leaders at all levels and influence decisions
- Project management and end-to-end process improvement skills
- Strong analytical thinking to identify issues and root causes
- Experience operating in a highly matrixed, multi-level organization
- Solid relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Capacity to drive change across stakeholders and the HR team
- Experience partnering with employee relations and HR legal on time-sensitive matters
- 6+ years of Human Resources experience
- Technically proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
