Overview In this Finance role, you will consolidate and analyze program financials, support EVM reporting, and drive data-driven decisions across contracts. You'll work with cross-functional teams to prepare variance analyses, forecasts, and management reports that inform executive decisions. You will also ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP while maintaining tools and processes for accurate program cost management. Responsibilities- Consolidate financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead) and prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting
- Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting including workforce planning drivers
- Support EVM reporting and Cobra tool administration with CAMs and finance analysts
- Develop forward-looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses for financial decision making
- Provide input on proposals, basis of estimate, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate budget baselines, BCR/ECR analysis, and integration of cost and schedule with planning staff
- Identify risks/opportunities and recommend mitigations to contain program cost exposures
- Prepare multiple financial presentations and ensure compliance with FAR/CAS/SEC/US GAAP policies
- Assist with data integration from multiple financial systems to inform business solutions
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis or performance analysis
- Bachelor or Masters degree (minimum)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Team-oriented
- Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy
- Proactive with initiative for process improvements
- Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with Government/DoD contracts
- Cobra and SAP tools
