Overview In this role you will respond to inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume contact center, delivering knowledgeable, engaging service to members while utilizing multiple systems. You will process banking transactions and advise on products that fit member needs, contributing to a positive member experience. This hybrid, Sandy Springs-based position supports transformation efforts through strong service and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with cross-functional teams to help members navigate banking products and services while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities- respond to inquiries from members in a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center
