Overview In this role you will strengthen the finance function by owning P&L preparation and contributing to FP&A storytelling. You will help shape a growing FP&A and BI capability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership. The position sits in a manufacturing company with a downtown Boston HQ, offering a balance between hands-on accounting and analytical project work. You will collaborate with the VP Finance to improve reporting and drive cross-functional financial planning. This is an in-person role with some flexibility and a clear path to expand your impact through data and analytics.

Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain P&L statements and related financial reporting
- Support FP&A narrative and leadership-facing analyses
- Help build out FP&A and BI capabilities to improve leadership data and insights
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the VP Finance to drive planning and reporting improvements
