Overview In this role you drive manufacturing digital transformation at ADM by leading data capture, storage, context, and access for shop floor data and its integration with broader company data. You will oversee data pipelines, quality, and governance to enable high-impact analytics and transformation across plants. Working with analytics, operations, and global tech teams, you scale Industrial AI initiatives and promote responsible AI in production. You help embed a data-driven culture with trusted manufacturing data and self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the Manufacturing Digital Transformation data and AI strategy aligned with plant KPIs
- Lead adoption of AI/ML models across manufacturing with Global Technology
- Develop data sets and governance standards for cross-plant use, ensuring quality and availability
- Manage data pipelines across on-prem, edge, and cloud architectures and ensure pipeline reliability
- Develop and maintain metadata management and data catalog practices
- Support self-service data tools, train operational teams, and monitor data usage and compliance
- Stay current with new data technologies to inform strategy
- Lead the Manufacturing Digital Transformation Data Team and collaborate with Global Technology and operations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field
- 12-20 years of experience with 5+ years in manufacturing digital leadership
- Proven track record deploying and scaling AI and data management in industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, IoT, Advanced Process Controls
- Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Databricks)
- Experience supporting plant operations and 24/7 environments
- Strong interpersonal collaboration, executive communication, and problem-solving skills
