Overview In this Accountant role you support financial operations to help deliver accurate reporting and sound financial stewardship within a multi-hospital healthcare system. You will work as part of Corporate Services to monitor budget adherence, manage core accounting functions, and prepare financial statements. The position offers hybrid work on-site as needed and contributes to continuous improvement of processes across the organization. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable cash management and financial controls, impacting patient care through robust financial health.

Responsibilities- Monitor purchases against the budget and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain general ledger and payroll processing
- Oversee capital expenditures/equipment accounting
- Reconcile cash accounts and monitor cash receipts and disbursements
- Prepare financial statements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Previous accounting experience preferred
