Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Restructuring

Overview

In this role you guide corporate recovery initiatives and turnarounds, leading project teams and coordinating with client personnel and outside professionals. You will shape restructuring strategies, financial modeling, and debt advisory work to support distressed or non-performing assets. The position sits within a collaborative, growth-focused firm that values mentorship, business development, and delivering client impact. You will work across multiple engagement types to drive measurable outcomes for clients and the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to drive corporate recovery, restructuring, exit strategies, non-performing or distressed investments, and insolvency
  • Direct hands-on project management and coordinate with client personnel and outside professionals
  • Apply project management to scope, prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives to meet client expectations
  • Analyze client business plans, debt capacity, competitive positioning, contracts, and regulatory considerations
  • Develop turnaround strategies with contingencies and evaluate restructuring/financing options
  • Leverage accounting, finance, and analytical skills for asset monetization, creditor negotiations, financial modeling, and business plan evaluation
  • Drive development of integrated financial models, cash flow forecasts, and business plans
  • Perform financial reviews for liquidations, bankruptcy, and receiverships
  • Lead business development efforts through marketing activities
  • Prepare reports and client deliverables detailing scope and results
  • Mentor and develop team members and guide complex financial modeling
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the restructuring industry plus client-side experience
  • In-depth understanding of financial or independent business reviews, corporate recovery, restructuring, debt advisory, turnaround, workout, advisory and distressed asset disposal; insolvency, exit strategy, liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy services
