Overview In this role you will advance Neomorph's pipeline by profiling lead compounds in cellular models, validating mechanisms of action, and supporting target discovery. You will work within cross-functional project teams to generate robust data packages that inform decision-making. The role combines hands-on biology with data interpretation and internal communication to drive progress in molecular glue and degrader research. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on impactful translational science.

Responsibilities- Profile biological activities of lead compounds in cellular models and assays
- Assess glue degrader mechanism of action using established assays
- Elucidate mechanisms of action responsible for pharmacodynamic effects of leads
- Delineate sensitivity and resistance mechanisms using chemical and genetic approaches
- Support molecular and cell biology platforms for target identification and validation via plasmid cloning and cell line engineering
- Analyze and document experimental results using Microsoft Excel, GraphPad Prism, and other data systems
- Communicate results and solicit input across the organization
Key requirements- MS with 5+ years, or BS with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency with routine cell and molecular biology techniques (tissue culture, immunofluorescence, qRT-PCR, western blotting, ELISA)
- Proficiency with BSL2/BSL2+ practices
- Strong hands-on experience with cell-based assay development, optimization, data analysis, and troubleshooting, including Plate-based HT readouts
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Desire and capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced research setting
