Overview In this role, you lead the Coverage & Insights team within the Performance & Execution group of GL&C, guiding insurance coverage specialists to deliver strategic insights for US Retail Markets and Global Risk Solutions. You scale foundational practices, develop metrics and tools to measure impact, and drive efficient, data-informed legal support. You will collaborate across PE and GL&C to optimize resources, develop talent, and advance business and legal goals. You'll shape how we interpret coverage, track industry trends, and respond to regulatory changes with innovative approaches.

Responsibilities- Lead a team of coverage attorneys delivering expert insurance coverage services for USRM and GRS
- Scale and improve a structured framework to deliver insights on product enhancements, emerging trends, and regulatory changes
- Develop monitoring tools (dashboards/trackers) to measure performance and impact of insights
- Drive continuous improvement of workflows, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with Agile PE Experts to balance workloads and support key business initiatives
- Share legal insights across PE Legal teams and business units to improve outcomes within the client engagement model
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture focused on growth and development
- Provide legal advice on first- and third-party insurance coverage matters for complex commercial matters
Key requirements- J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited law school, and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum 12 years of substantial experience in insurance coverage and operations
- Prior leadership or managerial experience in complex, cross-functional settings (preferred)
- Deep understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and operations
- Proven strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities
