Overview In this Senior Architect role, you will be the expert on Salesforce Data 360, guiding enterprise deployments and shaping architecture. You'll balance delivery with internal enablement, serving both customers and the CSG team. You'll drive scalable patterns, mentor colleagues, and provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering. This position blends technical leadership with hands-on delivery to accelerate Data 360 adoption across complex engagements.

Responsibilities- Serve as the go-to SME for Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers, detailing capabilities, architecture options, and constraints
- Act as senior escalation point for complex Data 360 challenges, diagnosing issues and guiding resolution
- Partner with customers and account teams to define scope, design technical solutions, and articulate business value for adoption and future opportunities
- Lead and contribute to mentorship and enablement programs, creating reference architectures and reusable assets and driving internal training
- Maintain deep expertise on the product roadmap and broader data platform landscape through continuous learning
- Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering to influence enhancements and features
- Collaborate with GTM teams during pre-sales to provide technical validation and shape future services
- Manage multiple parallel engagements (2-3) for strategic clients, targeting 50% utilization
Key requirements- Hands-on Data 360 experience guiding customers on platform use
- Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification required
- Strong data management knowledge within Salesforce ecosystem and external systems (integration, ETL/ELT, governance)
- CDP and data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server) preferred
- Ability to influence audiences, lead solution discussions, and gather executive-level requirements
- Experience with AI data integration concepts (RAG, vector databases, knowledge bases)
- Salesforce experience in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud; related certifications are a plus
- Strong visualization and modeling communication skills for complex concepts
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Privacy preferred
- BA/BS in technical field or foreign equivalent
