Overview In this role you will serve as a senior point of contact for Major clients and help shape strategies to deliver world-class client service. You will collaborate with clients and internal partners to align needs with commercial strategy, and work with Data, Insights & Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. You'll drive end-to-end client service delivery for Major clients, including strategy input, satisfaction monitoring, and evolving the service model. Responsibilities- Act as a senior point of contact for Major clients on moderately complex service issues
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align client needs with commercial strategy
- Partner with Client Service Data, Insights & Analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve service
- Drive and manage end-to-end client service delivery for Major clients, including strategy development and satisfaction monitoring
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in operations and/or client services
- Proven ability to manage moderately complex client issues and coordinate across internal partners
