Overview In this role you will support EPC project execution across diverse industries by coordinating safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls. You work with the project team to manage contracts, suppliers, documentation, and field activities, enabling smooth turnover and client interaction. You will contribute to project controls, risk reviews, and reporting to stakeholders, shaping outcomes on large-scale construction programs. This role emphasizes safety compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and timely project delivery, offering meaningful impact across multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities- Assist with project controls efforts including cost reporting, scheduling, and WBS setup
- Support procurement planning, RFP package development, bid evaluation, and scope definition
- Coordinate subcontractor/supplier registration, pre-qualification, and contract administration
- Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and claims mitigation for subcontractors and clients
- Prepare internal/external project reports including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and status reports
- Support jobsite setup, mobilization/demobilization, permits, and turnover documentation
- Contribute to project planning documents (Execution Plan, QA Plan, Safety & Health Plan, Staffing Plan)
- Assist with staffing, craft classifications, and labor burden analysis
- Maintain project documentation systems and ensure compliance with safety policies
- Attend risk reviews and meetings, document minutes, and distribute actions
- Assist with invoicing processes and project closeout activities
- Coordinate equipment and ensure adequate inventory for project needs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet driving requirements and work in multiple locations as needed
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Experience in field construction management or EPC projects is a plus
