Overview In this role you will support a national AmLaw 200 firm's sophisticated commercial real estate practice. You will handle complex transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, collaborating with a cross-functional team on high-profile matters. The position offers meaningful client contact and hands-on experience in a collegial, mentorship-driven environment. You will help shape transaction structures, due diligence, and closings, contributing to the firm's growth in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities- Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters
- Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients
- Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions
Key requirements- 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience
- Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
- Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork
- Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
