Responsibilities- Supervise all phases of ground-up construction for large-scale retail projects, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Coordinate site activities, managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold safety standards, and address challenges.
- Prepare detailed project reports, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.
- Implement problem-solving strategies to address on-site issues, minimizing delays and optimizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project quality.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Key requirements- Associate degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management; 12 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $10MM.
- Strong knowledge of site work processes, infrastructure development, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in construction management software and tools for efficient project oversight.
