Responsibilities- Represent insurance clients in coverage litigation across multiple areas (bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber, excess)
- Manage a diverse and challenging caseload with high responsibility
- Conduct legal research and writing; develop and argue briefs and motions
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and senior attorneys
- Leverage mentorship and professional development resources to advance within the firm
- Maintain California bar status and uphold professional ethics
Key requirements- California bar admission in good standing
- Civil litigation experience in state and federal courts (preferred)
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation (preferred)
