Overview In this role you will lead diverse corporate interior projects for a New York City office, driving project delivery from proposal through close-out. You will manage client interfaces, budgets, schedules, contracts, and staffing while ensuring code compliance and effective coordination with consultants and landlords. The position emphasizes bids, RFP responses, and strong presentation skills to win business and guide teams. You will work hybrid, leveraging your NYC and IBC knowledge to shape high-impact workplace environments.

Responsibilities- Assist in responding to RFPs and attend new business presentations
- Generate project budgets and schedules
- Prime client interface during all phases of project
- Oversee project production and staffing projections
- Final red-line review of construction documents
- Overall review of consultant documents
- Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, payment requisitions, invoicing and collections
- Coordinate bidding process, including response to questions, interviews, bid review and analysis
- General coordination & management of designated project team
- Project close-out and sign-off
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of continuous project management experience in Corporate Workplace Interiors
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure
