You will source current material and subcontractor pricing, and prepare comprehensive bid proposals. You will leverage past data to improve estimating accuracy and support risk mitigation.

Responsibilities- Review project plans and specifications to define scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and timelines
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers during preconstruction to refine scopes and budgets
- Conduct market research for current pricing data on materials and subcontractor services
- Prepare and present bid proposals to stakeholders and clients
- Analyze past project data to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies during bidding process
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably in commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
