Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will lead complex projects from planning through delivery, ensuring value for clients and alignment with our collaborative culture. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality, driving successful outcomes for diverse clients in our real estate portfolio. Your leadership and relationship-building will empower project teams and strengthen client partnerships. Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional project management services
  • Overseeing all aspects of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure success
  • Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to help them thrive
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their goals
  • Championing JLL's values, collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in CRE
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
