Overview In this role you support a thriving Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice at a well-regarded Naples firm. You will craft sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families and advise on wealth preservation, asset protection, and tax-efficient transfers. You'll collaborate with clients and their other advisors to deliver integrated solutions, handle administration and fiduciary matters, and contribute to practice growth within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities- Draft and advise on complex estate planning documents (wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships)
- Provide wealth preservation and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Manage estate and trust administration, including probate, fiduciary accounting, and post-mortem tax planning
- Advise on business succession planning and charitable giving
- Assist with fiduciary litigation and contested matters when needed
- Collaborate with clients' CPAs, financial planners, and other advisors to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to Naples practice growth
Key requirements- 3+ years of substantive trusts, estates, and wealth preservation experience
- Florida experience strongly preferred
- Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to waive/sit for next exam
- Ability to manage client matters independently with minimal supervision
