Overview In this remote Senior Accountant role, you drive financial excellence by ensuring GAAP compliance, supporting strategic decisions, and strengthening internal controls. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and optimize accounting workflows using ERP systems. Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and standards compliance
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, inventory, and accruals
- Manage inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Collaborate with FP&A and operations to provide actionable insights
- Utilize ERP systems for reporting and optimization, NetSuite preferred
- Develop and enforce internal controls and best practices in accounting operations
- Support external audits and tax filings with required documentation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience (5 years preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems, NetSuite highly desirable
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
