Overview In this role you will oversee gas, chemical, and raw material storage operations to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable handling while maintaining accurate inventory. You will be the key liaison among Facilities, Manufacturing, vendors, and internal customers to support supply continuity and audit readiness. You will drive safety, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement within a semiconductor manufacturing context. This is a hands-on role focused on operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration in a high-regulation environment.

Responsibilities- Lead warehouse operations with safety first and ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, DOT, dangerous goods, and PSM protocols
- Coordinate storage activities for chemicals, photoresists, gases, and raw materials including receiving, storage, issuing, and disposition
- Manage outsourced vendor operations, prioritizing daily needs, staffing, deliveries, system access, and customer requirements
- Monitor and drive vendor performance, service levels, training, metrics, and contractual obligations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage obsolete/expired/non-conforming materials; support inventory control processes
- Support SOX compliance and participate in internal/external inventory audits
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics, EHS, Quality, and Finance to resolve issues and drive improvements
- Serve as primary resource for warehouse and inventory-related customer concerns
Key requirements- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing or similar environments
- 3+ years in material handling, inventory control, receiving, shipping, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Working knowledge of inventory management, material traceability, warehouse safety, and operational processes
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
