Overview In this role, you will design and deliver advanced training solutions for helicopter programs, supporting the HPO at Wright Patterson AFB. You will craft curricula, create engaging instructional materials, and ensure SCORM-enabled e-learning integrates with LMS platforms. You'll work with cross-functional teams to align training with DoD requirements and field-ready competencies. This position offers the chance to shape how engineers and operators gain critical skills for rapid system delivery and sustainment.
Responsibilities- Develop training curricula and instructional plans to meet goals
- Create and select training aids and materials (manuals, demonstrations, multimedia)
- Design and implement online modules, storyboards, and e-learning content
- Collaborate with project teams to produce SCORM-compliant content
- Upload, configure, and maintain e-learning content in LMS platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise objectives/methods based on data
Key requirements- US citizenship
- Secret clearance
- Masters with 20 years of experience or Bachelor's with 25 years of experience or 30 years of experience
- 10 years of instructional design/development experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of DoD training requirements (preferred)
- Experience with ISD methods (ADDIE) and SCORM-based e-learning
