Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations for a fast-paced organization forming a new joint venture. You'll assist with onboarding, employee records, compliance tasks, and general HR administration, helping create a positive employee experience. Your work enables smooth personnel processes and data integrity across teams. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping early HR practices and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
• Provide administrative support for daily HR activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor background checks and assist with pre-employment processes
• Prepare HR forms, letters, and employment-related documentation
• Ensure confidential employee information is handled appropriately
• Partner with internal teams to resolve data and record issues
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and internal stakeholders
