Overview In this on-site leadership role, you will steer Rochester's Quality and Safety strategy, partnering with physicians, nurses, and operational leaders to improve patient outcomes. You'll translate enterprise capabilities to the local practice, drive measurable results, and advance learning and innovation across Mayo Clinic. You will lead with data, foster collaboration, and shape how quality and safety operate in a complex, matrixed environment. You'll also leverage AI and emerging technologies to reduce low-value work and strengthen decision-making.

Responsibilities- Lead Rochester Quality and Safety strategy aligned with enterprise goals
- Build and sustain relationships with clinical and operational leaders across the practice
- Translate enterprise standards and capabilities to the Rochester site and scale learnings enterprise-wide
- Drive measurable outcomes through data-driven decision making and accountability
- Promote systems thinking, risk identification, and continuous improvement across quality, safety, and regulatory readiness
- Lead transformation efforts leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to redesign workflows and increase value
- Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, equity, inclusion, and accountability
- Oversee administrative and operational excellence, including financial stewardship and strategic planning
- Serve as a bridge between Rochester practice and enterprise Quality and Safety capabilities
- Communicate clearly with staff and stakeholders and manage change in a complex environment
Key requirements- Master's degree
- minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare management or related field with progressive leadership responsibility (5 years preferred)
