Overview In this role you will drive on-site QC for MEP installations while supporting design teams with project documentation. You will bridge field and office work, ensuring drawings and specs are followed and issues are resolved with clear communication. You help keep submittals, RFIs, addenda, and logs flowing to keep projects on schedule. The position offers exposure to multidisciplinary building design and a chance to influence safety, compliance, and cost-effective outcomes. You will work with a focused, field-oriented team to deliver reliable, code-compliant systems.

Responsibilities- Conduct regular site visits to verify MEP installations against drawings, specs, and codes
- Document field observations, prepare reports, and raise issues to PMs and engineers
- Manage submittals, RFIs, addenda, and shop drawings workflows with timely reviews
- Maintain project logs: daily reports, RFI/submittal logs, change orders, punch lists, meeting minutes
- Support schedule maintenance by coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors to resolve field issues
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of construction administration with field observation responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and ability to assess installations against plans and specs
- Comfort interfacing with superintendents, subcontractors, and inspectors on job sites
- Working knowledge of AIA contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout
- Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and MS Office
